BBQ Sauce

I know what my first thought of BBQ sauce with huckleberries was.  Absolutely not!  No way.  Shut the front door.  Turns out I had a request to make some.  I thought this is going to be a disaster.  I think there is a fine line between BBQ sauce turning into Huckleberry BBQ sauce or turning into Huckleberry sauce with a hint of BBQ.  I think we hit the sweet spot.  This is a brand new item for us.  So far I've only had it on pork chops but it was porkin' good.  I just wanted to keep eating it.  Give it a try and let me know what you think.
