These are fancy jams! Much more than fancy labels and lids. All but the Classic Huckleberry Jam are boozy, huckleberry mixed fruit jams using various fruits, liquors, and spices. Spices - the secret to elevating a good jam to a Great Jam!
Huckleberry: The berries are small and round, 5–10 millimetres (0.20–0.39 in) in diameter, and look like large dark blueberries. In taste, they may be tart, with a flavor similar to that of a blueberry, especially in blue- and purple-colored varieties, and some have noticeably larger, bitter seeds.
We make a variety of huckleberry jam flavors. The huckleberry is very versatile to blend with other flavors. And we have several to choose from.
Please do me a favor. I used to work at an airport. If you're buying locally and flying home please pack your food in your checked luggage or better yet send it home via USPS. I've seen way too much huckleberry jam confiscated trying to be carried in carry-ons. We work at this way too hard to watch it go in the garbage or donated to a TSA employee (nothing against them). DO NOT PUT ANY OF THESE PRODUCTS IN YOUR CARRY-ON LUGGAGE!
